FSC is excited to be a part of this historic transformation in downtown Kansas City. We are currently providing our code / life safety services for the conversion of the former Federal Reserve Bank building, into an upscale Embassy Suites Hotel. We are also providing MEP and fire protection services for the 70,000 +/- SF data center that will be located on the portion of the dock level and first floor in the east building, and basement level. Our design will be in accordance with the Uptime Institute Tier III Standards for concurrent maintainability.
