FSC is currently providing Commissioning and Energy Modeling Services for the Commerce Tower Office Building located at 911 Main into a mixed-use of residential (265 apartments), offices, classrooms, an early-education center, restaurants, a fitness center, theater, and retail space. This building contains the most efficient boilers, chillers, light fixtures, washer and dryers, smart water heaters, etc. This project has recently received a LEED Gold Certification.
